This Privacy Policy explains how Garcia Construction Specialists LLC (“we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit garciaconstructionspecialists.com (the “Site”) or send us an estimate request.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us in the estimate form: name, phone number, email, project address or ZIP code, area, service requested, job description, materials preference, availability, preferred contact method, photos you choose to upload, and your consent choices.
- Information you give us directly when you call, text, WhatsApp or email us.
- Technical information that our hosting and service providers automatically process when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to deliver the Site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on the Site.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your request, contact you, schedule a visit and prepare your estimate.
- To perform and follow up on work you hire us for, including invoices and records.
- To send you offers and promotions, only if you opted in.
- To keep a record of your consent choices, prevent fraud and spam, and comply with the law.
3. Text messages (SMS)
If you provide your phone number, we may text you about your request. We send marketing texts only if you opted in. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as our website host (Netlify), our form-processing service (FormSubmit), our email provider (Google) and the web-font service (Google Fonts), only as needed to provide their services;
- With a licensed professional we coordinate with for your project, only with your knowledge and as needed for that project;
- When required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.
5. How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and project records as long as needed to serve you, maintain business records and meet legal obligations, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 7).
6. Security
The Site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Your choices
- Marketing: reply STOP to texts, use the unsubscribe link in emails, or contact us.
- Access, correction or deletion: contact us by phone or email and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
