These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of garciaconstructionspecialists.com (the “Site”) and any estimate request you send through it. The Site is operated by Garcia Construction Specialists LLC (“Garcia,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or sending a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information on this Site
The Site describes our services and published “starting at” prices for general information only. It is not an offer, a contract or a guarantee of price, availability or result. We may change services, prices and content at any time without notice.
2. Prices and free estimates
- Published prices are starting points for labor only, unless stated otherwise. Materials are not included; you may supply them or we can quote them separately.
- The final price depends on site conditions, preparation required, access, materials and project size, and is confirmed in writing after we visit or review the project. The estimate is free.
- A handyman inspection visit is charged a $120 flat fee if we only go out to review and no work is done, as described on the Site. A travel fee starting at $150 may apply outside Kendall, West Kendall and Miami-Dade.
- Debris removal and disposal, permit costs, and work not listed in your written estimate are not included unless stated in writing.
3. Written estimate and agreement
Any work is governed by the written estimate or agreement you accept. If that document conflicts with the Site, the written document controls. Payment terms (for example, a 50% deposit on jobs over $1,000, with the balance due on completion) will be stated in your written estimate or agreement.
4. Scope of work
We do not perform structural, electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning or roofing work. If your project requires work that must be done by a licensed contractor, we will tell you and, where appropriate, coordinate with a licensed professional, who will contract with you directly or as stated in writing. If your project requires a permit, we will explain the process; permit costs are not included.
5. Your estimate request
- You agree to give accurate information and to only submit a request for a property you own or are authorized to have work done on.
- Sending a request does not create a contract or reserve a date. We will contact you to schedule a visit.
- If you upload photos, you confirm you have the right to share them and you allow us to use them to prepare your estimate. We will not publish photos of your property without your permission.
6. Communications and consent
By submitting the estimate form and checking the required box, you authorize us to contact you by phone call, text message, WhatsApp or email at the contact information you provided, about your request and related work. These are not marketing messages.
Marketing messages (offers, promotions and news) are sent only if you separately opt in with the optional checkbox. Consent to marketing is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP (reply HELP for help), unsubscribe from emails using the link in the email, or tell us by phone or email. We will honor opt-out requests promptly.
7. Intellectual property
The Site’s content, including text, design, graphics and the Garcia Construction Specialists name and logo, belongs to Garcia Construction Specialists LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, modify or use its content or logo for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by sending false or spam requests, attempting to access it without authorization, or interfering with its operation.
9. Third-party services and links
The Site uses third-party providers (for example, website hosting, form processing and web fonts) and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, which have their own terms and policies.
10. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the Site, its content or its availability. Any warranty on work performed will be stated in your written estimate or agreement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garcia Construction Specialists LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Florida law that cannot be waived.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute related to the Site will be handled in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
